Taarini Kaur Dang

Taarini Kaur Dang, specialist, is a 14 year-old (8th grader) in Silicon Valley. An author, speaker and venture capitalist, Taarini's accomplishments to date include:

-Youth and Female empowerment Champion

-Venture Fellow at SoGal Ventures (VC Fund for Diverse Companies)

-Invited Speaker at Several Tech Conferences such as Google Female Founders Summit, Collison conf, ATEA, TiECon, Innogate, Startup World Cup Grand Finale, etc. with interviews at UC Berkeley, Radio Show called Our Voices, etc.

-Youngest person to win the Young American-Indian Award which she received from Indian Ambassador to the US for her entrepreneurship activities

-Wrote a book on Entrepreneurship for Youth

-Did an internship in 6th grade at a Silicon Valley startup called RageOn (Series B, Customized clothing)

-Worked on several entrepreneurship activities like Shoe Cyclist

-Producer's Assistant on a Virtual Reality movie Speed Kills starring John Travolta

-Besides English, Taarini can speak and write basic Mandarin, and speak Hindi and also basic Latin.
