Andrew Spanyi is a think tank member and advisor. Andrew’s work on process management and operational leadership is internationally recognized. He is the author of three books, over 100 articles and has delivered speeches and workshops in countries all around the world. His 2003 book "BPM is a Team Sport - Play it to Win," was widely acknowledged as laying the foundation for the importance of customer focus and collaboration in deploying BPM.
