Intelligent automation promises to drive improvements in efficiencies and process outcomes in businesses. The ultimate expression of optimization is in how the business is able to translate the operational hours saved into either Operational Expenditure (OpEx) or Capital Expenditure (CapEx) reductions, or revenue increase, thus providing a noticeable increase to operating income.
